WHY BE THE BOSS OF YOUR BODY?

Human Anatomy Model

One morning in 1998, I woke up with itchy patches on my arms, hips and legs. I called the doctor for histamine, thinking it was a seasonal allergy, but the cream didn't work.

A few days later he had a look at it and prescribed cortison cream. Although knowing that this cream would suppress whatever my body was trying to get rid off, I took it because the itch had gotten really bad. By then, my entire body was covered in red itchy bumps, except for my face, keeping me from sleeping.

I ended up using this cream only once as there was a spot available with a homeopath, who worked with bioresonance. This machine did not like cortisone.

When the consultation was over, he put me on a diet and gave me drops. After two weeks most of the itchy bumps were gone. A few days after the next session the remaining itchy patches were gone too.

I was eleated and kept going for checks - sometimes necessary - to find out what foods were not good for me. Over the follwoing two years, the list of things I could not eat became longer and longer.

Until one day I came across a booklet in a shop that showed all items on my list in their 'avoid section'. Such coincidence!! It also explained why. I was dumbstruck and bought it. Two other books followed.

The rest is history, as they say. Up to this day I have stuck to that knowledge and my experience has helped me stay itch-free with a super strong immune system (have only called in sick 1 day so far) kept my weight easily and it made me cruise through menopause. Many friends and family have benefited as well (for those who are health-conscious).

With the uncountable number of health foods and regimes, I wish to help you understand how it works from a physical perspective, but more importantly, explain to you what is going to work for you, just you! Because really, it is simple!
